May 9, 2017 CO-OP Financial Services

A new opportunity for inspiration-hungry credit union leaders makes its debut this week at CO-OP’s THINK 17 conference. THINK Review, a quarterly magazine, focuses on the big ideas and trends reshaping the credit union industry.

THINK Review is a magazine for credit union intrapreneurs. It’s designed to provide the intelligence and broad thinking needed for CU insiders to effect change within their organizations. The magazine delivers a lively mix of nuts-and-bolts information and leading-edge insights from big thinkers both inside and outside the credit union movement.

“Our year-round THINK brand is emphasizing ‘How’ – how credit unions can rapidly adopt and execute a strategy that transforms them to be more agile, digitally-centric and consumer-focused,” explains Todd Clark, President/CEO of CO-OP. “We’re extending this strategic resource now to the world of publishing with THINK Review, to help managers within credit unions bring about innovative product development and marketing to thrive in today’s financial services environment.”

Echoing the theme of this year’s THINK conference, the inaugural issue of THINK Review is all about digital transformation. The magazine features an in-depth interview with David Rogers, author of “The Digital Transformation Playbook,” and a thought leadership piece by digital innovation expert Tom Goodwin. A profile of Mountain View, California-based First Technology Federal Credit Union highlights how one credit union is tackling the demanding job of digital transformation in ambitious and unexpected ways.

“We’ll be bringing you new topics and trends to follow every quarter,” says Samantha Paxson, Chief Marketing and Experience Officer for CO-OP, and editor of THINK Review. “Our next issue will focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a look at their potential impact on financial services. It’s a must-read for every credit union thinker.”
