Meet Linda Kirkpatrick, one of the latest speakers added to the prestigious line-up to take the mainstage at Co-op THINK 23.
As President of North America for Mastercard, Kirkpatrick leads the company’s largest market. She has responsibility for customer relationships and operational activities across the US and Canada.
Kirkpatrick began her career with Mastercard more than 25 years ago, and has been part of its evolution from a not-for-profit association to a global leader in payments innovation and technology. Linda has had several diverse roles across the business - from working on the company’s initial public offering, to overseeing global rules and standards, to managing relationships with banks and merchants. Her diversity of experience has given her an in-depth understanding and appreciation of customer needs that she brings to all aspects of the organization.
Kirkpatrick has been recognized as a leader in the payments and technology industry. She was named on the 2020 Bloomberg 50, Bloomberg Businessweek’s annual list of innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders who have changed global business. She was also named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and David Rockefeller Scholar. Kirkpatrick sits on the board for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of New York and the Partnership for NYC, and is a member of the board of trustees at Manhattanville College.
